We want to make sure you have all the information you need when purchasing your artwork so if you’re looking for a little more detail, some of our most frequently asked questions are listed below:
When will my order be despatched?
You will see predicted despatch times on each product page within the ‘shipping and returns’ details. The expected despatch date for your order is also confirmed on the checkout page. The ‘ships within’ period refers to the number of days before we expect your order to leave our UK warehouse. If your order contains multiple items, the item with the longest lead-time will determine this despatch date.
Please Note: “Due to the impact of social distancing measures in our workshop, we are experiencing slightly extended delivery times. Rest assured we’re working extremely hard, and safely, to get your order to you as soon as possible.
What are delivery costs?
Standard UK delivery costs for framed prints are £8.95 and unframed £3.95, shipped with our delivery partners Royal Mail, Parcel Force or UPS.
I haven’t received my Order Confirmation email?
You should receive an order confirmation email once you have competed your order, so please make a note of the email address you have used.
If you haven’t received this, please first check your junk and spam folders as they can sometimes get hidden here.
Also make sure to add [email protected] to your email safe list to prevent future emails missing your inbox.
Can I change my delivery dates?
All orders are processed in order of confirmation date. Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to amend production dates on any order, either bringing dates forward or delaying them to a later date.
What are my payment options?
We offer a range of ways to pay for your order, so you can choose to make payment by debit or credit card, Paypal and also Klarna.
Klarna allows you to spread the costs over 3 equal payments with the first payment taken on the date of your order confirmation. Find out more about Klarna here.
When will you take payment for my order?
If you pay by debit or credit card, we will take payment on despatch of your order. Paypal payments are taken on the date of your order confirmation.
How can I save the artwork I like, to view, share or buy at a later date?
As you browse through the collections, you can add favourite pieces to your own wishlist. See how pieces look together, keep a record of your finds or share with others. Simply create an account to store and share your saved items using the heart icon on each product page.
Do you sell print only?
Yes, we sell both framed and unframed prints. If you would prefer to start with print only, the majority of our prints can be selected unframed and are available in three sizes, so you should find exactly what you’re looking for.
A frame however, does much more than just enhance the image you have chosen. A good quality frame also protects your artwork, preserving it for many years to come so choosing to frame with I Feel Art gives you reassurance that your artwork is being produced and cared for in the best way possible.
